Conway, NH - New Hampshire ski areas are offering visitors and residents a variety of ways to enjoy the winter season while saving on the costs of skiing and riding. From discounted lift tickets and ski swaps to programs for young skiers and riders, there are affordable opportunities for families and winter enthusiasts to make the most of the season.

The Ski New Hampshire 4th & 5th Grade Passport Program gives fourth and fifth graders from anywhere the opportunity to experience more than 30 participating alpine and cross-country ski areas throughout the Granite State. For just $59, fourth and fifth grade students receive one lift ticket or trail pass at each participating ski area, providing families with an affordable way to explore New Hampshire’s mountains throughout the winter. Program details are available at SkiNH.com/passport.

Skiers and riders can also save through the Ski New Hampshire online ticket store with Ski New Hampshire Discounted Lift Tickets. Available at participating New Hampshire ski areas, these tickets are fully transferable and can be used any day of the season. Tickets are expected to go on sale in late October, with quantities limited and often selling quickly. Those interested in receiving an alert and being the first to know when discounted tickets become available can sign up for Ski New Hampshire's newsletter. More information and updates on Ski New Hampshire’s discounted lift tickets can be found on SkiNH.com/ski-nh-lift-tickets.

For those planning to ski or ride regularly this winter, or even sometimes just a handful of times, season passes can provide savings compared to purchasing individual lift tickets throughout the season. Ski New Hampshire member ski areas offer a range of season pass options, including passes for individual resorts and multi-mountain access. A list of current season pass offerings is available at SkiNH.com/deals/season-passes.

Ski swaps and sales are taking place at ski areas and other locations throughout New Hampshire, offering skiers and riders an affordable way to find new and gently used equipment for the season. For those looking to clear out gear they no longer use, many swaps also provide an opportunity to sell equipment that still has plenty of life left in it. In addition to helping winter enthusiasts save, ski swaps give used gear a second life and help keep it out of landfills.

McIntyre Ski Area is offering skiers and riders a whole weekend to save on gear this season. Their Annual Tent Sale will take place October 17–19. As a bonus, Mactoberfest is happening on October 18, so visitors can celebrate the fall season and save big on skis, snowboards, ski boots, outerwear, and more.
